INFORMATION ON ACCOMMODATION AND CATERING AT THE 12ND ANNUAL LOCKPICKING CHAMPIONSHIP OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC 2024
This year’s competition will again be held near the Vltava river, this time we will move a few tens of kilometers further from the Slap dam to the Eagle dam, again in a beautiful Czech landscape, approximately 100 km from Prague, near the town of Chrást (Kovářov) in the Písek district. ACCOMMODATIONS AT THE MARINA ORLÍK
The price for 1 person per night is set at 950 CZK (approx 40 EUR) including full pension and other charges. Accommodation is paid at the venue of the competition (cash, card payment) on the day of arrival.
Marina Orlík offers accommodation in bungalows (15x), each bungalow has a separate entrance and terrace, sanitary facilities (toilet and shower), fridge and TV with satellite reception and is for a maximum of 4 people.
The area also offers a cottage for 11 people, which is modernly equipped, has 2 bedrooms (1x 3 people, 1x 4 people) and a living room (4 people). It also includes a kitchenette, a terrace and sanitary facilities (toilet, bathtub, shower).
You can stay in one of four apartments (4 x 4 people). There are two new apartments in the main building, which have their own bathroom with shower, toilet, fridge and TV. There is also the possibility of accommodation in two apartments on the upper floor of the newly accessible cottage.
Accommodation for up to 90 people is available in the area. There is also a stylish restaurant, 2 barbecue pergolas, a tennis court with an artificial surface, a swimming pool with heated water, a children’s playground, a children’s corner, a marina for 40 boats and a floating bathing pier. Of course, Wi-Fi internet is free. Parked cars are guarded by a monitoring system.
EATING AT THE MARINA ORLÍK
The complex offers a stylish restaurant that will be open throughout the duration of the event. The daily menu includes ready meals, minutes, salads, soft drinks and alcoholic drinks, etc. For competitors and visitors of the Lockpicking Championship, there will be a full board option.
ACTIVITIES OUTSIDE THE COMPETITION
If your family came with you, they can take advantage of the sports activities offered by the area, the children’s playground or go on a trip in the area (Eagle dam, Orlik Castle, Castle Zvíkov, Milevsko, Zdakovsky bridge).
