Terms of data processing
By sending the form, you agree with processing of your data in order to create your entrance ID for the 10th Czech Lockpicking Championship 2019, diplomas, certificates or score boards and other activities related to the event including reservations for accommodation or catering (in case you chose to reserve accommodation or the Friday buffet).
Note that in addition to the data you send us via the form, we may get other data in case you contact us, transfer money for the entry fee or buffet reservation etc. Such additional data may include your address, company information, bank account numbers, etc.
All data processing shall comply with the requirements of the current legal framework in relation to data processing and with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
Your data will not be given to a third party nor transferred to third countries. You data will be stored electronically and will not be used for automated individual decision-making or profiling. The data will be deleted within 36 months.
You have a right to request a copy of your data. You have a right to correct your data, limit their use, or ask for deletion of your data once they are processed. You have a right to file a complaint to the authorities if you feel law was not followed.
